About the Role:
Meridian Group Africa is seeking dynamic and results-driven Telesales Personnel to join our growing team. We specialize in providing Corporate Airtime solutions to businesses and organizations across Kenya. As a Telesales Personnel, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, presenting our products, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Corporate Airtime solutions.

  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our products to customers.

  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous contacts to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activity using our CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Respond to customer questions, handle objections, and close deals professionally.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve strategies and share feedback.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively position our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and resilience.
