Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their makeup preferences, skin type, and desired look. Offer expert advice on makeup styles and products that will best suit their needs.
• Makeup Application: Apply makeup for various occasions, including everyday wear, special events, and photoshoots. Ensure that makeup is applied with precision and in accordance with the client’s expectations.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest makeup products, techniques, and trends. Recommend and sell appropriate products to clients to help them achieve their desired looks.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure all makeup tools and products are sanitized and stored properly to adhere to hygiene standards.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the beautician team, including hairstylists and manicurists, to ensure a cohesive and polished final look for clients.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay ahead of industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Makeup Artist in a retail or salon environment is preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in makeup application techniques for different skin types, tones, and occasions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: A certification in Makeup Artistry or a related field is highly desirable.
• Passion: A strong passion for beauty and a desire to help clients look and feel their best.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet client needs’
